The Whitney Cat Eye Sunglasses $15
This is my very first "product review"! I am VERY excited...

Through this process, I will brief you on the quality of the item, how I use them when putting looks together, and my overall thoughts and opinions on each piece.
I am VERY excited about the product I am reviewing today: The Whitney Cat Eye Sunglasses
I have a sunglass obsession for sure. I am that lady walking around on a cloudy/rainy day, or possibly in the grocery store, wearing her sunglasses and looking like a complete tool. I really don't care though, because I LOVE my sunglasses. They make me feel glamorous, put together, and a bit mysterious...
Here they are with hair down
These sunglasses were sent to me to review by shop suey boutique. This boutique has fabulous handbags, sunglasses, jewelry and scarves at reasonable prices.
The Whitney Cat Eye Sunglasses are a modern take on the vintage cat eye sunglasses. I ADORE that they are over-sized and angle up at the corners :) Definitely a more sassy style shade . They are aesthetically more fashion forward. We have been doing the over-sized sunglasses for so long, it is nice to see them done with a fun twist. This pair is black, but they also come in brown and tortoise.
I am a notorious budget sunglass shopper (cheap in other words). Only because I know they are going to get played with by my 2 year old, stuffed in my bag, left on the seat in my car...etc. The price point on these are PERFECT ($15!) and I was pleasantly surprised at how solid they feel. Very happy with the quality for the price :)
They have blended easily into my closet. I really don't have to try to make them work at all. I did feel a little Audry Hepburn vibe when I put them on, so I thought copped black skinnies and flats would be appropriate...
That was so fun! I would LOVE to hear what you think of the Whitney Eye Sunglasses :) I hope you enjoyed this review :) A special thank you to my friend Krystal F. for taking these lovely photos!
P.S. Are there other questions or descriptions you would like answered about this or future product reviews? I would love to hear your feedback! xoxo
How to Wear Vintage Tee's and Look All Grown Up ;)
I LOVE the look of vintage style tees. I am drawn to them in stores. They look so comfy, soft, effortless... The problem is, most vintage tees will be found in the juniors section. That begs us to question, "Is it age appropriate for me if I'm not sixteen?"
Is there a way to put together a look with a vintage tee and make it feel all grown up? YES!!! Let me give you some examples...

I LOVE this look so much I could squeal with joy! This is a great way to work the vintage tee. The White Blazer, Black Clutch, and Gold Mutli Layer Chain are the perfect combo. Add your dark wash skinny or bootcut jeans and ballet flats and you'll be good to go :)
Adding this skirt softens the over sized vintage tee and gives it a more feminine feel. She has the sleeves rolled and the tee tucked into her skirt with a belt. Her platform wedges are WILD, but easily can be replaced with any heel or wedge in your closet. I think dark tights would work with heels, or a maxi skirt if you like more coverage on your legs.
This Vintage tee look is VERY rocker. All of the layers add to the details of the look. Slayer vintage tee, leather moto jacket, over sized sleeveless trench, spiked bracelets, dark denim, and zipper platforms. If you are not as adventurous, I think it would be just as edgy (and a bit more everyday friendly) to leave out the over sized sleeveless trench and spiked bracelets ;)
